摘要

针对PC构件生产线中置模工作缺乏有效实时监控和工作数据再利用困难问题,提出了基于数字孪生技术的PC构件生产线置模工作站监控系统研究.设计了 PC构件生产线置模工作站数字孪生监控系统体系四层次架构,构建了置模工作站的孪生模型,基于TCP/IP传输协议和Socket通信,实现了孪生层与物理层之间的实时数据映射,实现了置模工作站可视化实时监控.最后,通过数字孪生监控系统与物理实体的交互测试,验证了构建的置模工作站数字孪生监控系统的可行性和有效性,为PC构件智能化置模提供技术支持.

Abstract

Aiming at the lack of effective real-time monitoring of mold placement work in PC component production line and the difficulty of work data reuse,a research on the monitoring system of mold placement workstation of PC component production line based on digital twin technology is pro-posed.A four-level architecture of digital twin monitoring system for PC component production line mold placing workstation is designed,the twin model of mold placing workstation is constructed,and real-time data mapping between the twin layer and the physical layer is realized based on the TCP/IP transmission protocol and Socket communication to realize the real-time visualization monitoring of the mold placing workstation.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the constructed digital twin moni-toring system for mold placement workstation is verified through the interaction test between the digital twin monitoring system and the physical entity,which provides technical support for the intelligent mold placement of PC components.
