Using grey graph linear transformation combined with Laplace operator to detect bacte-rial colonies in fermented food contamination.The mold images of bread and Mantou were collected and preprocessed by graying,Gaussian filtering,etc.The image was stretched by function imadjust,and then the second derivative Laplace operator was used for edge extraction.The results showed that the edges of the processed images were clear.Comparing first derivative operator,Canny operator,and Log operator,it is found that the edge extraction results of each operator after linear stretching processing are different and have significant differences.Morphological erode treatment methods can obtain more accurate colony counts.
