一种电梯导轨巡检仪的设计与仿真分析

为了提高电梯导轨形位偏差检测的效率与精度,设计了一种能自动检测电梯导轨垂直度与顶面间距偏差的巡检仪,同时在ADAMS中建立了该巡检仪的虚拟样机模型,该模型包含有弹簧力、磁力、与导轨的接触力,以及以参数变量建立的PSD位移传感器与激光测距仪,最后开展了该巡检仪虚拟样机对具有形位偏差的电梯导轨模型进行检测的仿真试验,仿真分析的结果表明,该电梯导轨巡检仪在轿厢的牵引下,能根据导轨形位偏差适时地调整位姿,并高效地检测出导轨垂直度与顶面间距的偏差.
Design and Simulation Analysis of an Elevator Guide Rail Inspection Instrument
In order to improve efficiency and accuracy of detection of the form and position devia-tion of elevator guideway,designed a kind of inspection instrument that can detect the deviation of the verticality and top surface spacing of elevator guide way,and established a virtual prototype model in ADAMS for it,the model added spring force、magnetic force、contact force with guideway,and created PSD displacement sensor and laser rangefinder with parameter variables.Finally,the simulation test of the virtual prototype of the inspection device to detect the shape and position deviation of the elevator guideway is carried out.The results of simulation analysis show that the elevator guideway inspection device,under traction of the elevator car,can adjust posture in real time according to the deviation of the guide rail shape and position,and efficiently detect the deviation of verticality and top surface spac-ing of elevator guideway.
