Structural Design and Analysis of an Adjustable Semi-automatic High-branch Pruning Machine
The traditional Garden Takaeda Trimmer needs continuous manual operation, its safety is poor, and its stability is poor due to its height and weight, its length is fixed, and its operating range is limited,a semi-automatic adjustable high branch trimmer is designed to improve the safety and sta-bility and reduce the repeated operation of manpower. The takaeda trimming mechanism consists of a fixed branch mechanism,a self-locking feed mechanism and a control system.Use SOLIDWORKS software to create a 3D model and virtual assembly of a trimmer.ADAMS software is used to simulate and analyze the kinematics of the mechanism, and the position, velocity and acceleration analysis results of some main components are obtained. The Simulation module of SOLIDWORKS software is used to analyze the force of the main mechanical components, grasp the realization of each function, and check the safety of the components to make sure that the components meet the use standard.
