Research on High Speed Cutting Technology of Cast Stainless Steel Parts Based on Error Minimization
Casting stainless steel parts are prone to deformation and vibration during the cutting process,resulting in rough surface and large deviation of cutting size.In order to solve this problem,a method of high speed cutting of cast stainless steel parts based on error minimization is proposed.With the support of CNC machine tool,the casting stainless steel parts data is measured by online measure-ment,the coordinate value measured by CNC machine tool is converted to the measured point on the surface of the part,and the appropriate measurement point is obtained to complete the planning of the machining path.On this basis,high-speed cutting processing is carried out on the casting stainless steel parts through the combination of roughing and finishing.In order to minimize the error,the pro-cessing error is compensated.The experimental results show that the proposed high speed cutting meth-od based on error minimization has low machining error,high precision and high surface quality of parts,and the practicability of the method has been enhanced.
