装配式建筑BIM应用成熟度评价研究

为评估BIM技术在装配式建筑中的应用水平,基于常用的成熟度模型,建立装配式建筑BIM应用的5个成熟度等级,包括初始级、成长级、提高级、成熟级、优化级.为构建装配式建筑BIM应用成熟度评价指标体系,选择文献调查法对指标进行初步识别,又辅以头脑风暴法调整指标,再结合问卷调查法对指标进行优化,确定4个一级指标和18个二级指标的装配式建筑BIM应用成熟度评价指标体系.在此基础上,通过层次分析法为评价指标体系中的各项指标分配权重,接着利用模糊综合评价法构建装配式建筑BIM应用成熟度的评估模型,并将该模型应用于一个实际的装配式建筑案例,评估结果表明该项目的B1M应用成熟度已达到"成长级".这一结果证实了评估模型的有效性,并根据评估结果提出了相应的优化建议.
Research on BIM Application Maturity Evaluation of Prefabricated Buildings
To assess the level of application of BIM technology in prefabricated building,a prefab-ricated building maturity level for BIM application was established based on a commonly used maturity model,including the initial level,growth level,improve level,mature level,optimization level.In or-der to construct the evaluation index system of the application maturity of BIM in Chinese prefabricated building,the method of literature investigation was selected to identify the indexes preliminarily,and then supplemented by the Brainstorming adjustment index,a prefabricated building BIM application ma-turity evaluation index system with four primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators was established.On the basis of this,the paper allocates the weight of each index in the evaluation index system through analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and then constructs the evaluation model of the application maturity of prefabricated building BIM by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the model was ap-plied to a practical prefabricated building case,and the evaluation results showed that the project's BIM application maturity has reached"Growth level".This result verifies the validity of the evaluation mod-el,and puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestions according to the evaluation results.
