To explore the coordination problem of the three-level closed-loop supply chain of new energy vehicles,which consists of manufacturers,sellers and consumers,under the policy combina-tion.Using the Stackelberg game model,three supply chain models with different scenarios are con-structed to analyse the impact of policy combinations on the optimal decisions of the closed-loop supply chain.The results show that the policy combination can increase the recycling price and total recycling volume of the closed-loop supply chain,but reduce the profit of each subject of the positive supply chain.A profit-sharing-cost-sharing contract is designed to increase the profits of the forward and reverse supply chains and the total profit of the closed-loop supply chain,and it is verified that the con-tract effectively achieves the Pareto improvement of the supply chain through the analysis of cases.
