Discussion on Migration Pathway of Ag in Submarine Hydrothermal System Based on Numerical Simulation
It is estimated that the total amount of massive sulfides and chimneys in the PACMA-NUS hydrothermal area is about 102,819 m3 and 345,471.84 t,which contains about 110.55 t Ag,veri-fying that leaching is not the only route of Ag migration in hydrothermal system, and the potential input route may be that Ag forms high-pressure chloride and high-temperature stable sulfide complexes with Cl and S in high-temperature magma gas,and migrates in the vapor phase.
