分级式水平排水板真空预压处理淤泥模型试验研究

为了提高淤泥处理效果,结合水平排水板真空预压(PHD-VP)板材不弯折和分级真空预压(SVP)减缓淤堵的优点,提出了分级式水平排水板真空预压(PHD-SVP).通过竖向排水板真空预压(PVD-VP),PHD-VP,PHD-SVP三组模型试验中排水量、排水速率、含水率、十字板抗剪强度指标评价淤泥处理效果,并利用颗粒分析探究排水板处土颗粒迁移规律.试验结果表明PHD-SVP比PVD-VP,PHD-VP排水量提高了 26.8%,13.4%,含水率降低了 3.9%~4.8%,1.1%~4.5%,十字板抗剪强度提高了 5.6%~8.3%,1.8%~5.3%.颗粒分析研究表明PHD-SVP比PVD-VP,PHD-VP排水板处0.001-0.010mm 土颗粒含量分别降低2.7%,2.1%.
Study on Model Experiment of Sludge Treatment by Prefabricated Horizontal Drain Stepped Vacuum Preloading
In order to improve the sludge treatment effect,this paper proposed an prefabricated horizontal drain stepped vacuum preloading(PHD-SVP)considering the advantages of the prefabrica-ted horizontal drain vacuum preloading(PHD-VP)without bending and the stepped vacuum preloading(SVP)to reduce silting.The model experiments were conducted to explore the treatment effect of the prefabricated vertical drain vacuum preloading(PVD-VP),the PHD-VP and the PHD-SVP by anal-ysis of water discharge,drainage rate,water content,and vane shear strength,and the particle analysis was employed to observe the migration rule of soil particles surrounding drain.The experimental results showed that compared with the PVD-VP and the PHD-VP,the water discharge by the PHD-SVP was increased by 26.8%and 13.4%,the water content was reduced by 3.9%~4.8%and 1.1%~4.5%,and the vane shear strength was increased by 5.6%-8.3%and 1.8%~5.3%.Particle analysis showed that the PHD-SVP reduced the particle(0.001-0.010mm)content of the drain by 2.7%and 2.1%compared with the PVD-VP and the PHD-VP.
