施工场地环保型抑尘剂配方优化与性能研究

为抑制施工过程以及运输过程中粉尘逸散,减少其对施工环境及工作人员身体健康造成危害,选取十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为表面活性剂,选取粘结性强吸水率高的聚丙烯酸钠作为凝并剂,同时选择三乙醇胺作为保水剂,分别以表面张力、粘度以及保水率作为实验指标,选取合适的质量浓度范围进行正交试验,利用以保水率、硬度和风蚀率为评价指标的正交试验法分析,从而获得抑尘剂的最优配方,通过正交试验分析法得出抑尘剂的最佳配方为:1.0%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、0.2%聚丙烯酸钠和2.5%三乙醇胺.基于所得最佳配方抑尘剂的pH、硬度、渗透性、保水率以及抗风蚀性进行性能测试,测得pH为7.5,室温下24h的保水率达到38%,有良好的保湿效果,且形成的固化层硬度硬度可达到42.75HA,在经过18m/s的风流扰动后,尘样的风蚀率为0.74%,其抑尘效果显著.
Preparation and Performance Study of Environmentally Friendly Dust Suppressants
In order to inhibit the dispersion of dust during the construction and transport process and to reduce the hazards to the construction environment and the health of the workers,sodium dode-cylbenzene sulfonate was selected as the surfactant,sodium polyacrylate with strong adhesion and high water absorption was selected as the coagulant,and triethanolamine was selected as the water-retaining agent,and the appropriate mass concentration and range of orthogonal tests were carried out,using the orthogonal test method with the evaluation indexes of the hardness and the wind erosion rate to obtain the optimal formulation of the dust suppressant.The range of orthogonal test was carried out,and the optimal formulation of the dust suppressant was obtained by using the orthogonal test method with wa-ter retention,hardness and wind erosion rate as the evaluation indexes,and the optimal formulation of the dust suppressant was obtained by the orthogonal test analysis method as 1.0%sodium dodecyl-benzene sulfonate,0.2%sodium polyacrylate and 2.5%triethanolamine.Based on the obtained optimal formulation of dust suppressant pH,hardness,water retention rate and wind erosion resistance per-formance test,measured pH is 7.5,24 h at room temperature water retention rate of 38%,there is a good moisture retention effect,and the formation of the hardness of the hardness of the curing layer hardness can be up to 42.75 HA,after 18 m/s wind disturbance,the wind erosion of the dust samples is 0.74%,the effect of its dust suppression is significant.
