摘要
一些复杂屋面情况,如非上人设定造成不方便通行运输、有外挑结构使得脚手架搭设难度大、女儿墙的存在使得整体高度较高、外墙有干挂花岗岩等装饰材料不能固定链接件,造成渗漏施工修复起来很有难度.通过研究提出一套有效的施工修复方案,并通过实施效果评估验证其可行性,阐述了修复方案的设计过程,包括材料选择、施工工艺、质量控制及人员安排等方面,对解决屋面渗漏一些困难复杂施工问题具有参考意义.
Abstract
Some complex roof situations,such as inconvenient transportation caused by non hu-man settings,difficult scaffolding due to overhanging structures,high overall height due to the presence of parapets,and difficulty in fixing connecting components due to dry hanging gran-ite and other deco-rative materials on the exterior wall,make it difficult to repair leakage during construction.Through re-search,an effective construction repair plan is proposed,and its feasibi-lity is verified through imple-mentation effect evaluation.The design process of the repair plan is elaborated,including material selec-tion,construction technology,quality control,and personnel arrangement,which has reference signifi-cance for solving some difficult and complex construction problems of roof leakage.
