工况影响环管轴流泵装置压力脉动特性的研究

为研究环管轴流泵装置在不同工况下的压力脉动特性及规律,采用SST湍流模型对不同工况的泵装置内部流动进行三维数值计算,数值模拟其进水管段、叶轮进口、导叶体进口和出水管段的压力脉动,分析压力波动频率和振幅数据,表明泵装置内压力波动随着流量的减小而增大,压力脉动随着流量的增大而逐渐减小,压力脉动频率以1倍转频和2倍转频为主.研究结果优化环管轴流泵装置的设计和运行,提高其性能和可靠性.
Research on the Pressure Pulsation Characteristics of Ring-pipe Axial Flow Pump Device Affected by Working Conditions
To investigate the pressure pulsation characteristics of the axial flow pump unit under various operating situations,the SST turbulence model is used to conduct three-dimensional numerical calculations of the internal flow of the pump device under different working conditions.Numerically simulate the pressure pulsation in the water inlet pipe section,impeller inlet,guide vane body inlet and outlet pipe section in the pump device,and analyze the pressure fluctuation frequency and amplitude da-ta.The results show that the pressure fluctuation in the pump device increases as the flow rate decrea-ses,the pressure pulsation gradually decreases as the flow rate increases,and the pressure pulsation fre-quency is mainly one-time rotation frequency and two-time rotation frequency.The research results can be used to optimize the design and operation of the annular axial flow pump device and improve the performance and reliability of the pump device.
