针对化工生产风险评价方法存在的评价结果单一、不确定等问题,提出基于区间二型模糊云模型化工风险评估方法.采用区间二型模糊AHP方法计算主观权重,采用熵权法获取客观权重,并采用合作对策法确定综合权重;提出基于区间二型模糊AHP的主观权重计算方法.建立了化工风险模糊综合评判模型;应用该方法对环己烷生产流程进行了风险评估,得到安全评价结果证明,该模型能更可靠、更合理地对化工生产过程进行安全等级评判.
Chemical Risk Assessment Model Based on Interval Type Ⅱ Fuzzy Cloud Model
Aiming at the problems of single and uncertain evaluation results in chemical produc-tion risk assessment methods,a chemical risk assessment method based on interval type Ⅱ fuzzy cloud model is proposed.The subjective weight is calculated by interval type Ⅱ fuzzy AHP method,the objec-tive weight is obtained by entropy weight method,and the comprehensive weight is determined by coop-erative game method.A subjective weight calculation method based on interval type Ⅱ fuzzy AHP is proposed.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of chemical risk is established.The risk assess-ment of cyclohexane production process is carried out by using this method,and the safety evaluation re-sults show that the model can evaluate the safety level of chemical production process more reliably and reasonably.
