摘要

针对某难选低品位铁矿石的矿物学特征,采用"高压辊磨—SLon大颗粒强磁预先抛废—磨矿—SLon强磁除杂—反浮选脱硅提精"的联合工艺进行选矿实验,结果表明,在原矿含Fe 35.75%、含SiO2 36.14%的基础上,可获得TFe品位66.12%、SiO2品位为2.06%、Fe回收率为62.48%的高品质铁精矿,大颗粒预选抛废获得的尾料可作为建筑用材,实现了该难选低品位铁矿石的综合利用.

Abstract

Based on the mineralogical characteristics of a difficult to select low-grade iron ore,a mineral processing experiment was conducted using the"high-pressure roller milling-SLon large par-ticle strong magnetic pre disposal-grinding-SLon strong magnetic impurity removal-reverse flotation desilication and refinement"process.The results show that under the optimal conditions,high-quality iron concentrate with TFe grade of 66.12%,SiO2 grade of 2.06%,and Fe recovery rate of 62.48%can be obtained on the basis of Fe content of 35.75%and SiO2 content of 36.14%in the original ore.The tailings obtained from large particle pre selection and disposal can be used as building materials.The comprehensive utilization of difficult to select low-grade iron ore has been achieved.
