Analysis of Lithological Characteristics and Mining Impact of DF19 Fault Zone in Xinhu Coal Mine
Based on data collection, sampling tests, hydrological experiments, and FLAC3D nu-merical simulation analysis, the lithological characteristics, water permeability, and surrounding rock failure characteristics of the DF19 fault zone in the 82nd mining area of Xinhu Coal Mine were analyzed. The research results indicate that:1.The DF19 fault is a tensional and torsional fault, formed at an ear-lier age.2.The lithology of the fault zone is mainly composed of mudstone and siltstone, with relatively fractured rock mass and low rock quality indicators. The composition is mainly quartz and gypsum, and the rock strength is relatively high.3.The permeability coefficient of the DF19 fault zone is 0.0026~0.0398 m/d,with a permeability rate of 0.0246~0.0475 Lu.It has weak water content and poor hydrau-lic conductivity.4.Numerical simulation analysis shows that under the influence of mining, the DF19 fault is activated when a waterproof coal pillar less than 55m is left in the lower wall.
