具有语音功能的跑步机自适应调速控制系统设计

针对传统跑步机功能单一、无法进行语音控制的问题,设计了 了一种具有语音功能的跑步机自适应调速控制系统,以提高跑步机的实用性与稳定性.首先,分析了人们对跑步机的日常需求,由此对其控制系统的整体结构进行规划和设计;在此基础上,搭建该系统的硬件功能模块,包括单片机及其最小系统、按键模块、语音模块、电机驱动模块等模块,并对不同功能模块的软件进行分析调试,以驱动该系统正常运行.最后,对所设计的实物装置进行了按键模式和语音模式的测试.测试结果表明,所设计的跑步机自适应调速控制系统具有可操作性强、准确度高等特性.
Design of Adaptive Speed Control System for Treadmill with Voice Function
A treadmill adaptive speed control system with voice function was designed to address the problem of single function and inability to perform voice control in traditional treadmills,in order to improve the practicality and stability of the treadmill.Firstly,the daily needs of people for treadmills were analyzed,and the overall structure of their control system was planned and designed accordingly.On this basis,build the hardware functional modules of the system,including the microcontroller and its minimum system,button module,voice module,motor drive module,etc.,and analyze and debug the software of different functional modules to drive the normal operation of the system.Finally,the designed physical device was tested in both button mode and voice mode.The test results show that the designed adaptive speed control system for the treadmill has strong operability and high accuracy.
