基于机器人柔性作业下电锤耐久测试的设计与应用

主要阐述了工业机器人搭载电锤进行柔性作业,以实现电锤寿命测试的创新方法.鉴于电锤工作环境往往较为恶劣,长时间的人工操作不仅导致效率低下,还可能对操作人员的健康构成威胁,故本机的研发目标,正是为了取代传统的人工测试方式,旨在消除职业病隐患,显著提升测试效率,并大幅度降低企业的测试成本.本机平台下位机选用PLC控制系统,精确处理工业机器人的各项动作.上位机则采用Labview软件,对整个作业流程的数据进行实时采集与记录.系统能够实时监控电锤的工作数据,一旦捕捉到异常数据,立即输出报警信息,确保整个测试过程的安全与高效.
Design and Application of Durability Testing for Electric Hammers Based on Robot Flexible Operation
Introduce the method of using industrial robots to carry out flexible operations with e-lectric hammers to achieve hammer life testing.The working environment of electric hammers is usually harsh,and operators cannot work for long periods of time.The main purpose of the development of this machine is to replace traditional manual testing,eliminate occupational disease hazards,improve testing efficiency,and reduce enterprise testing costs.The lower computer of the local platform selects PLC to control and process the actions of industrial robots.The upper computer uses Labview to collect and re-cord data throughout the entire operation process.Real-time monitoring of the working data of the e-lectric hammer can be carried out,and abnormal data can be captured and an alarm can be output.
