新能源汽车动力电池故障及维修实践

以新能源汽车动力电池故障及维修实践为研究目的.研究过程中运用案例分析法,结合湖北某新能源公交车电池故障表现,经诊断缩小故障原因,针对保险下部接线端子固定螺母松动造成的30A保险烧熔故障,开展30A保险以及底座换新的维修实践.研究结果显示,新能源电池典型事故的原因之一即动力电池故障,对此要结合新能源汽车动力电池具体类型,对新能源汽车动力电池故障分类,并深入分析故障原因,最后提出动力电池维修措施,以便及时消除故障.研究结论指出,新能源汽车动力电池故障精准诊断、电池维修实践有效开展,能够保证新能源汽车安全运行,促进新能源汽车行业健康发展.
Fault and Maintenance Practice of New Energy Vehicle Power Battery
The research objective is to investigate the faults and maintenance practices of power batteries in new energy vehicles.During the research process,the case analysis method was used,com-bined with the battery failure performance of a new energy bus in Hubei.After diagnosis,the cause of the fault was reduced.In response to the 30A fuse melting fault caused by the loosening of the fixing nut of the lower terminal of the fuse,maintenance practices were carried out for the 30A fuse and the re-placement of the base.The research results show that one of the typical causes of accidents in new ener-gy batteries is power battery failure.In this regard,it is necessary to combine the specific types of pow-er batteries in new energy vehicles,classify the faults of power batteries in new energy vehicles,analyze the causes of the faults in depth,and finally propose maintenance measures for power batteries in order to eliminate the faults in a timely manner.The research conclusion points out that accurate diagnosis of power battery faults in new energy vehicles and effective implementation of battery maintenance prac-tices can ensure the safe operation of new energy vehicles and promote the healthy development of the new energy vehicle industry.
