新能源拖拉机变速箱用深沟球轴承的应用研究

以新能源拖拉机变速箱用深沟球轴承为研究对象,通过仿真研究和实验数据统计,探讨了沟道圆度和波纹度对深沟球轴承振动噪音的影响.实验结果表明,沟道圆度对轴承的振动噪音没有直接关系,沟道波纹度对轴承的振动噪音具有显著影响,并对深沟球轴承的设计思路作出了优化.研究结果为提高轴承寿命提供了理论依据和实际应用指导.
Application Research on Deep Groove Ball Bearings for Gearbox of New Energy Tractor
In this paper,the influence of groove roundness and corrugation on vibration noise of deep groove ball bearings used in gearbox of new energy tractor is discussed through simulation and ex-perimental data statistics.The experimental results show that the roundness of the groove has no direct relation to the vibration noise of the bearing,and the waviness of the groove has a significant influence on the vibration noise of the bearing.The research results of this paper provide theoretical basis and practical application guidance for improving bearing life.
