摘要

为了研究废胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青最佳改性条件,以70#基质沥青为原材料,利用常规指标与流变指标相结合,确定废胶粉的细度、掺量和SBS的掺量的最佳显效区间.结果表明:从改性效果与成本控制多方面考虑,当胶粉细度为60目、掺量为20%、SBS掺量为3%时,复合改性沥青的改性效果最佳.为废胶粉/SBS复合改性沥青在实际工程应用提供了有益的参考和指导.

Abstract

In order to study the best modification conditions of waste rubber powder/SBS compos-ite modified asphalt,70# matrix asphalt as raw materials,the use of conventional indicators and rheo-logical indicators to determine the fineness of waste rubber powder,dosage and SBS dosage of the opti-mal efficiency interval.The results show that from the modification effect and cost control considera-tions,when the fineness of the rubber powder is 60 mesh,the dosage of 20%,SBS dosage of 3%,the modified asphalt composite modification effect is optimal.This study for the waste rubber powder/SBS composite modified asphalt in the practical application of engineering provides a useful reference and guidance.
