基于废弃泥浆的可再生混凝土在城市建筑地基中的应用研究

建筑施工、隧道挖掘等过程中造成的泥浆废物的处理是环境管理的一大难题.而对废弃泥浆进行特定工艺的处理后,可作为建筑地基加固等领域的回填土材料,实现废弃资源的可回收利用.因此,研究在废弃泥浆的基础上制作可再生混凝土,研究不同试剂添加情况对可再生混凝土的影响情况.结果显示,泥浆的吸水性、流动度、耐水性能均得到了改善,其干缩率减低了6.6%.这表明通过研究方法处理后的废弃泥浆,作为地基加固材料具有可行性与实用价值,同时可促进资源的可持续利用和环境保护与发展.
Research on the Application of Renewable Concrete Based on Waste Mud in Urban Building Foundations
The disposal of mud waste caused by construction and tunnel digging is a major prob-lem in environmental management.The waste mud can be used as the backfill material in the field of building foundation reinforcement after the treatment of specific technology,and the waste resources can be recycled.Therefore,the renewable concrete is made on the basis of waste mud,and the influence of different reagent addition on the renewable concrete is studied.The results show that the water absorp-tion,fluidity and water resistance of the mud are improved,and the dry shrinkage rate is reduced by 6.6%.This indicates that the waste mud treated by the research method has feasibility and practical value as the foundation reinforcement material,and can promote the sustainable utilization of resources and environmental protection and development.
