利用沼液和秸秆制备园艺栽培基质关键技术研究

以稻秆废弃物为主要原料,综合利用沼液等废弃物资源,进行秸秆、沼液协同牛粪快速好氧堆肥发酵,旨在建立秸秆生态高效无害化、稳定化处置工艺,以水稻秸秆腐熟产物为主要原料,开展园艺功能栽培基质研制和应用研究,为农业废弃物的基质化高值利用与产业化应用提供理论依据与技术支撑.通过添加不同配比的沼液、秸秆、微生物菌剂协同牛粪制备园艺栽培基质,并对堆肥温度、含水率、pH、含氮量、有机质含量等指标进行测定分析.结果表明,添加秸秆和适量沼液制备园艺栽培基质具有良好的促进作用,能够加速堆肥升温,加快堆体水分的蒸发,对pH有明显的影响,促进有机氮、无机氮的相互转化,适度降低了碳氮比(C/N).
Research on Key Technologies for Preparing Horticultural Cultivation Substrates Using Biogas Slurry and Straw Resources
This study used rice straw waste as the main raw material and comprehensively utilizes waste resources such as biogas slurry to carry out rapid aerobic composting and fermentation of straw and biogas slurry in collaboration with cow manure.The aim was to establish an ecological,efficient,harmless,and stable disposal process for straw,and to develop and apply horticultural functional culti-vation substrates using rice straw decomposition products as the main raw material,providing theoreti-cal basis and technical support for the high-value utilization and industrial application of agricultural waste substrates.The horticultural culture substrate was prepared by adding different ratios of biogas slurry,straw,microbial bacteria and cow manure,and the temperature,moisture content,pH,nitro-gen content and organic matter content of compost were measured and analyzed.The results showed that adding straw and an appropriate amount of digestate could have a good promoting effect in preparing horticultural cultivation substrate.It could accelerate the temperature rise of compost,speed up the e-vaporation of water in the heap,have a significant impact on pH,promote the mutual transformation of organic nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen,moderately reduce the carbon-nitrogen ratio.
