民国年间奉系军阀统治下的热河鸦片问题研究

摘要
热河地区沟通中原与东北,民国年间为各派军阀混战争夺之地,故而中央政令得不到有效贯彻.自清王朝末年至民国初年,常年的混战导致热河地区军政费用开支极其庞大,然而该地区财源匮乏,难以维持军政费用,于是各派系军阀纷纷将利益来源转移到鸦片.特别是在奉系军阀的统治下,为获取鸦片利益大多对鸦片种植采取支持态度,其结果是热河鸦片种植成风、种植面积迅速扩大.
Abstract
The Jehol area links up the central plains and northeast, in the years of the republic of China, was a place where the warlords compete for and therefore the order is not effective implementation. Since the late Qing dynasty to the early years of the republic of China, a perennial dogfight in Jehol region military expenses is very large, lack of financial resources in the region, however, is difficult to maintain a military and political costs, so the factions have turned to source of interest is transferred to the opium warlords. Especialy in service system under the rule of warlords, for most of opium interests to support on opium cultivation, the result is enshrined the Jehol opium cultivation, planting area is expanding fast.
