Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has gone deep into colleges and universities and young college students many times,and has specially discussed,encouraged,and sent messages to young people through keynote speeches,college discussions,and letters to young people,forming Xi Jinping's important exposition on the growth of young college students.The generation of this important discourse has its own unique theoretical,cultural,histori-cal,and practical logic;it mainly includes the essence of idealism,mission theory,morality theory,struggle theory,innovation theo-ry,and practice theory;it is the innovative development of Marxist view of youth and another advance of the party's youth work the-ory,providing an action guide for the all-round growth of young college students in the new era,and gathering the power of youth for the realization of the great national rejuvenation.
