Research on the Reform Path of Practical Teaching for Applied Undergraduate Financial Management Majors Based on the"1+X Certificate System"
Based on a questionnaire with relevant personnel,graduates and teachers of financial management major,this study analyses the current situation of practical teaching and the implementation of the"1+X certificate system"in applied undergraduate finance management majors.The results reveal problems such as ambiguity in teaching objectives,inflexibility of teaching methods,inadequacy of practical conditions,and insufficiency in school-enterprise cooperation.To cope with these problems,this study pro-poses a reform path for practical teaching for applied undergraduate finance management major:firstly,guidance is crucial for the government to promote school-run enterprise to attach importance to practical teaching;secondly,integration of school-run enter-prise plays a vital role in jointly building practical teaching objectives,faculty team,practical assessment system and"X"training project;thirdly,we need to innovate the current situations.Colleges and universities must create internship enterprise groups,es-tablish mobile practical teaching platforms,and create a credit bank system,hence,to achieve tripartite collaborative education by the government,schools,and enterprises,and improve the quality of practical teaching for financial management major and stu-dents'employment and entrepreneurial abilities.
