The effect of service-oriented leadership on the innovation performance of knowledge-based employees-The role of perceived organizational support and creative thinking
Based on social information processing theory and trait activation theory,a moderated mediation model was con-structed.Effective data from 201 employees was collected through survey questionnaire to empirically test the hypothesis.The re-search results showed that service-oriented leadership has a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of knowl-edge-based employees;perceived organizational support plays a partial mediating role between service-oriented leadership and in-novation performance of knowledge-based employees;creative thinking positively regulates the relationship between perceived or-ganizational support and innovative performance of knowledge-based employees;and creative thinking positively regulates the me-diating process of service-oriented leadership influencing the innovative performance of knowledge-based employees through orga-nizational support.The findings of this study have expanded the research on service-oriented leadership,providing inspiration and guidance for enterprises to encourage employees to innovate and improve innovation performance,and enhance their core competi-tiveness.
