Research on Efficiency of Science and Technology Innovation in Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration
Based on the super efficiency DEA,Malmquist model and grey correlation analysis method,the scientific and tech-nological innovation efficiency of Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration(CZT-UA)from 2011 to 2021 was calculated and analyzed,and compared with Hefei metropolitan area and Zhengzhou metropolitan area.The results show that:(1)the continuous improvement of total factor productivity of scientific and technological innovation in the CZT-UA is due to the promotion of technological progress,and the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation is the best among the three urban agglomerations;(2)the full-time equivalent of industrial R&D personnel,sales revenue of new products,and internal R&D expenditure are the three factors with the highest grey correlation degree with the technological innovation efficiency of CZT-UA.Based on this,it is suggested that the CZT-UA should make joint efforts to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation from the aspects of giving pri-ority to the development of talents,deepening the main role of enterprises in innovation,and accelerating financial development and increasing financial investment.
