In the era of digital economy,improving the digital literacy of all people can help alleviate the income gap.Taking CGSS2017 data as samples,this paper analyzes the impact of digital economy on individual labor income from the perspective of behavioral subject literacy.The findings are as follows:digital literacy improves workers'work income by improving human capital and strengthening social networks;There is heterogeneity in the effect of digital literacy on the increase of working income of work-ers.It has a significant effect on the increase of working income of men and workers with junior college degree or below,but has no significant effect on the increase of working income of women and workers with junior college degree or above.Therefore,it is sug-gested to improve the construction of digital infrastructure,strengthen the digital literacy education of the whole people,focus on helping the digitally disadvantaged groups to improve digital literacy,and alleviate the negative impact of digital economy on the labor market.
