基于Cruise的新能源汽车动力性能的优化与匹配

目的:为了优化新能源汽车的动力性能,获取最佳的速比.方法:以汽车模拟软件Cruise为基础通过现有的新能源汽车参数对驱动电机、动力传动系统和驱动电池进行选型,搭建新能源汽车的模型.结果:根据新能源汽车的整车动力性参数对新能源汽车的动力系统进行优化匹配.结论:最优系统参数选择为永磁同步电机、两档变速器和二次锂电池.当速比为 13.066 时,该新能源汽车的最大爬坡度为 52.28%,续航里程为 479.375 km,汽车的动力性能能够达到预期的目标结果.
Optimization and Matching of Power Performance of New Energy Vehicles Based on Cruise
Objective:To optimize the dynamic performance of new energy vehicles and obtain the best speed ratio.Methods:Based on the vehicle simulation software Cruise,the driving motor,power transmission system and drive battery were selected through the existing parameters of new energy vehicles,and the model of new energy vehicles was built.Results:The power system of new energy vehicles was optimized and matched according to the vehicle power parameters of new energy vehicles.Conclusion:The optimal system parameters are permanent magnet synchronous motor,two speed transmission and secondary lithium battery.When the speed ratio is 13.066,the maximum climbing slope of the new energy vehicle is 52.28%and the driving range is 479.375 km.The dynamic performance of the vehicle can achieve the expected target results,saving time and cost for the early development and research of new energy vehicles.
