融合课程思政的课堂仪式化路径有效性研究——基于OBE的课程忠诚度指标

通过对某课程 522 位选课学生进行调查,融合课程思政的课堂仪式化路径的有效性有了实证依据.数据分析表明:文化价值和思政元素融合度对课堂仪式感均产生显著的正向影响,进而对课程忠诚度产生显著正向影响;思政元素融合度对情感团结亦有显著的正向影响,最终也导致课程忠诚度提升;此外,课堂仪式感通过情感团结对课程忠诚度也产生间接影响.基于以上发现,建议将建设仪式化课堂作为提升学生满意度和忠诚度的策略之一;同时,教师应对外部环境保持敏锐洞察力和快速响应,并能适时灵活地实施课堂仪式化实践.
Research on the Effectiveness of the Ritualized Path of Integrating Ideological and Political Education into the Course on Students'Loyalty in the Context of OBE
Through a survey of 522 students who enrolled in macroeconomics at the researcher's institution,this study con-firmed the effectiveness of the ritualized path of integrating ideological and political education into the course.The data analysis re-sults show that the integration of the cultural value of the course and ideological and political education elements both have a signif-icant positive impact on students'sense of ritual,which in turn has a significant positive impact on students'loyalty towards the course;the integration of ideological and political education elements also has a significant positive impact on students'emotional solidarity,which ultimately leads to students'loyalty towards the course;in addition,students'sense of ritual indirectly affects their loyalty through emotional solidarity.Based on these findings,the researcher suggests that teachers should consider ritualization as a strategy to enhance students'satisfaction and loyalty;meanwhile,teachers should maintain keen insight and rapid response capabil-ities to external environments and be able to flexibly implement ritualization practices in a timely manner.
