Difficulties and Countermeasures of Accelerating the Cultivation of Specialized and Sophisticated Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs)in Jingmen City
Specialized,refined,differential and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are important forces in promoting industrial transformation and upgrading in the city,and accelerating the high-quality development of the real economy.This study found that the scale of specialized,refined,differential and innovative SMEs in Jingmen City continues to grow,their in-dustries are widely distributed,and the degree of specialization of enterprises has significantly improved.However,there are still practical problems such as low overall development level,heavy reliance on traditional manufacturing industry,and insufficient sus-tainable innovation competitiveness;SMEs face difficulties in both government cultivation and their own development during their growth.In this regard,Jingmen City should be problem-oriented and increase policy support;Strengthen classification guidance and improve the hierarchical cultivation system;Integrate platform resources and build a collaborative service system;Strengthen talent cultivation and enhance talent quality;Strengthen precise financial support to promote the high-quality development of specialized,refined,differential and innovative SMEs in Jingmen City.
