Construction and Empirical Test of Economic Theoretical Model of the Relationship Between Scientific Research and Teaching
Under the framework of economic growth model, the growth equation of per capita teaching effect is deduced. With the help of phase diagram analysis, the steady-state equilibrium point of per capita teaching effect is determined by the intersection of per capita teaching effect scientific research transformation function and per capita scientific research stock loss function.Through dynamic analysis,it is considered that the increase(decrease)of scientific research conversion rate will improve(reduce)the per capita teaching effect, and the increase(decrease)of the growth rate of teaching staff and the loss rate of scientific research will reduce(improve)the per capita teaching effect. The empirical study shows that the conversion rate of scientific research has a significant positive effect on improving teaching effect, and the growth rate of faculty and staff and the first-class construction of colleges and universities do not have a significant effect, while the loss rate of scientific research has a significant negative effect. We should uphold the concept of"monism of science and education",improve teachers'scientific research quality, strengthen the transformation of scientific research achievements, reduce the loss rate of scientific research, make scientific research"classroom","scene","contest"and"ideological and political",integrate"scientific research elements"into every link of teaching, and improve the"scientific research content"of teaching.
