Research on the Influence of Environmental Leadership on Employees'Green Behavior Under the Goal of"Dual Carbon"
In order to promote the achievement of the"dual-carbon"goal,an in-depth analysis of how environ-mental leadership coordinates the implementation of organizationally desired green behaviors by employees is presented from an internal corporate perspective.Focusing on social information processing theory,a chain mediation model with organizational green culture and employee environmental awareness as mediating variables is constructed.Mean-while,employee knowledge absorption capacity is introduced as a moderating variable to further examine its role in the model.The empirical analysis of 301 employees'questionnaire data showed that environmental leadership positively in-fluenced employees'green behaviors;the chain mediation between organizational green culture and employees'envi-ronmental awareness was established;and employees'knowledge absorption capacity moderated the relationship be-tween organizational green culture and employees'environmental awareness.
