Improving the Quality of Grassroots Party Organization Construction for Graduate Students Through"Integrated Party Building"-Taking Inner Mongolia Agricultural University's"National Graduate Model Party Branch"as an Example
The construction of graduate Party branches in universities plays an important role in Party building and edu-cation.Graduate students in universities have characteristics such as heavy research tasks,a large age range,a high proportion of party members,weak collective consciousness,high dispersion,and diverse interests and demands.The graduate Party branch faces challenges such as low cohesion among Party members,high ideological risks among Party members,and insuffi-cient role of the party branch secretary as the primary responsible person.In the new situation,it is extremely urgent to do a good job in party building in universities and improve the grassroots Party building level of graduate students.This paper fo-cuses on the important tasks of Party building in the new situation and analyzes the new situation of Party building work for graduate students.The paper proposes five practical paths for practicing the integration of Party building and professional de-velopment in the new era,which is of great significance for the development of Party building work for graduate students in u-niversities.
