The income level of the disabled is an important measure of the high-quality development of social security undertakings for the disabled.Based on field research and combined with the statistical announcement on the development of the cause of disabled persons in Inner Mongolia in 2022,this paper evaluates and analyzes the effect of social security policies for disabled persons in Inner Mongolia on promoting the income growth of disabled persons in Inner Mongolia.The analysis re-sults show that the income level of the disabled in Inner Mongolia is low,the proportion of transfer payment in income is much higher than the domestic average level,and the risk of the disabled returning to poverty is high;The employment level and quality of disabled persons are low;Lack of preferential policies and help policies for disabled people to start businesses;The diverse needs of persons with disabilities,such as medical treatment,rehabilitation and education,have not been met;The work tolerance of persons with disabilities is not high.In view of these problems,this paper proposes to further improve and perfect the social security mechanism for the disabled;Establish a digital platform for the development of the cause of the dis-abled;Proposals include tax breaks for relatives who have long provided transfer payments to the disabled.
