Entering the new era,the construction of high-quality teachers in ethnic areas has ushered in a new develop-ment opportunity,and it is particularly important to analyse the contingent pattern of high-quality teacher construction based on the existing development level of teacher construction in ethnic areas.However,the construction of high-quality teachers in ethnic areas is limited by the lack of perfect teacher construction policies,the high mobility of teachers,the low level of teachers'professional development,and the insufficient motivation of teachers'sustainable development.In view of this,the construction of high-quality teachers should be carried out by establishing the excellent"teacher ethics"of teachers in ethnic areas,cultivating the innovative concepts of teachers in ethnic areas,upgrading the digital literacy of teachers in ethnic areas,and perfecting the continuing education and training system of teachers in ethnic areas,so as to promote the high-quality de-velopment of education in ethnic areas.
