摘要
本文以"三全育人"综合改革背景下地方高校高水平外语教研团队建设为主题,探讨了该领域的挑战、机遇、原则与策略,并提出了路径与举措.通过加强团队领导力、优化资源配置、健全管理制度和打造团队特色与品牌等措施,推动地方高校外语教研团队的建设.同时,文章建议通过完善政策支持体系、创新人才培养模式、加强校企合作与国际化交流以及提升教师教育教学能力,以促进地方高校外语教研团队的发展.
Abstract
This paper studies the construction of high-level foreign language teaching and research teams in local univer-sities under the background of the comprehensive reform of"Three Comprehensive Education",discusses the challenges,op-portunities,principles and strategies in this field,and puts forward the paths and measures.By strengthening team leadership,optimizing resource allocation,improving management system and creating team characteristics and brands,the construction of foreign language teaching and research teams in local universities can be promoted.It is suggested to improve the policy sup-port system,innovate the talent training mode,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and international exchange,and im-prove teachers'teaching ability in order to promote the development of foreign language teaching and research teams in local universities.
