摘要
党的十八大以来,我国志愿服务事业取得巨大进步,志愿服务已成为国家应对突发事件的重要力量.本文立足内蒙古应急志愿服务事业发展的现状,从法制建设、联动机制和人才队伍建设等方面剖析内蒙古应急志愿发展存在的问题,提出优化内蒙古应急志愿服务机制的对策和建议.
Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the development of the volunteer service sector in China has made significant progress,and volunteer service has become an important force in the nation's response to emergencies.This paper examines the current state of emergency volunteer service development in Inner Mongolia,analyzing existing issues in legal construction,coordination mechanisms,and talent team building.It proposes strategies and suggestions for optimizing the emergency volunteer service mechanism in Inner Mongolia.
