摘要

为了顺应新农科建设对农业机械化及其自动化专业人才培养的迫切需求,针对传统人才培养中理论与实践脱节的现象,笔者积极探索新农科产教融合多元协同人才培养模式.该文结合新农科建设背景下农机专业人才需求情况,以甘肃农业大学农业机械化及其自动化专业为例,阐述了学院校企合作实践及农机专业"3+1"产教融合人才培养模式探索及实施成效,旨在优化农机专业人才培养新模式,进一步提高农机专业人才培养质量,为农机专业人才培养提供借鉴.

Abstract

To meet the urgent demand for professional talents in agricultural mechanization and automation under the new agricultural science construction,and to bridge the gap between traditional talent cultivation theory and practice,this paper actively explores a diversified talent cultivation model integrating industry and education.By considering the talent needs in the agricultural machinery major under the new agricultural science background and taking the agricultural mechanization and automation major at Gansu Agricultural University as an example,this paper elaborates on the practice of school-enterprise cooperation and the exploration and implementation results of the"3+1"industry-education integration talent cultivation model.The aim is to optimize the new talent cultivation model for the agricultural machinery major,further improve the quality of talent cultivation,and provide a reference for the training of professionals in this field.
