Research and Practice on the Cultivation Model of Applied Software Engineering Talents in Local Universities Under the Background of New Engineering
In response to the issue of how local universities should cultivate applied software engineering talents under the background of new engineering,this study analyzes the existing problems in the training of software engineering talents in local universities.Based on this analysis,it proposes a model for cultivating applied software engineering talents in local universities through school-enterprise collaboration.This model encompasses talent training goals,curriculum systems,teacher training,teaching models,construction of practical environments,and the improvement and implementation of practical systems.Preliminary practice has been conducted in the Software Engineering Department of the School of Information Engineering at Fuyang Normal University.The results of the practice indicate that this training model has achieved positive outcomes in software talent cultivation,enhancing the quality of applied software engineering talent training.It also provides valuable insights for other local universities in their software talent training endeavors.
