引入新理念、新模式、新方法育人是"新商科"的"新"取向,对传统商科进行学科交叉重组,将新技术融入商科课程是大势所趋.针对当下高职院校电商专业人才培养中出现的问题,嵌入某教育科技有限公司提供的新技术很有必要.本文从"新商科"这一视角,采用个案研究的方法探索高职院校电商专业人才培养改革模式创新实践及措施,以期对全面提升办学与育人水平、助力人才培养质量和社会服务品牌形象提升.
Exploration and Practice of Talent Cultivation Models for E-commerce Majors in Vocational Colleges Under the New Business Discipline Concept
Introducing new concepts,models,and methods of education is the"new"direction of the"New Business Discipline."It is a general trend to reorganize traditional business disciplines through interdisciplinary integration and incorporate new technologies into business courses.Addressing the current issues in the cultivation of e-commerce talent in vocational colleges,it is essential to integrate new technologies provided by certain educational technology companies.From the perspective of the"New Business Discipline,"this paper adopts a case study method to explore innovative practices and measures for the reform of talent cultivation models in e-commerce majors at vocational colleges.The aim is to comprehensively enhance the quality of education,improve talent cultivation,and elevate the social service brand image.
