近年来,全球能源结构转型,世界各国对发展低碳能源达成共识,越来越多国家积极出台政策推动可再生新能源产业发展.伴随能源结构转型,储能成为新型电力系统不可或缺的要素.我国大力引导新能源企业的发展,多数企业处在高速成长期,企业投入高、风险大.本研究使用EVA与模糊B-S组合模型,选取国轩高科为代表,对其企业价值进行评估分析,既能引导投资者进行合理的投资活动,也为我国新能源企业的价值管理提供参考.
Valuation of New Energy Battery Companies Based on EVA and Fuzzy B-S Combined Model——A Case Study of Gotion High-Tech
In recent years,with the global energy structure transition,countries worldwide have reached a consensus on developing low-carbon energy,and more and more nations are actively introducing policies to promote the development of the renewable energy industry.As the energy structure transitions,energy storage has become an indispensable element of new power systems.China is vigorously guiding the development of new energy companies,most of which are in a high-growth phase with high investment and significant risks.Based on this,the paper uses the EVA and fuzzy B-S combined model to select Gotion High-Tech as a representative for evaluating and analyzing its corporate value.This approach not only guides investors in making rational investment decisions but also provides a reference for value management of new energy companies in China.
