Cultivating young Marxists who are theoretically strong,politically firm,and highly capable is a long-term pro-ject.The reform and construction of ideological and political education in ordinary higher education institutions must emphasize the fundamental issue of teaching quality effectiveness.Conducting thorough investigations into the teaching and education of ordinary higher education institutions,optimizing the overall curriculum system,and continuously improving course construction are essential to serving the overall framework of integrated ideological and political education from primary through tertiary ed-ucation.Adhering to the correct political direction in integrated construction and collaboratively advancing the course construc-tion while fully leveraging regional educational resources are critical tasks for strengthening community building activities.
