摘要

随着新时代的到来,中小微企业已成为内蒙古自治区经济的重要组成部分.但就目前来看,内蒙古自治区中小微企业的发展还存在许多问题,如薪酬管理水平相对较低、薪酬管理制度不完善等,从而导致员工工作积极性不高、高素质人才流失,严重阻碍了企业的发展.因此,如何解决内蒙古自治区中小微企业薪酬管理存在问题,提高其管理水平是企业必须高度重视的一个重要课题.本文对内蒙古自治区中小微企业薪酬管理的状况和存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决措施,希望对优化中小微企业的薪酬管理,使企业未来具有良好发展前景有一定的帮助.

Abstract

With the advent of the new era,small and medium enterprises(SMEs)have become an essential part of the e-conomy in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.However,currently,the development of SMEs in Inner Mongolia still faces many problems,such as relatively low salary management levels and incomplete salary management systems.These issues lead to low employee motivation and the loss of high-quality talent,severely hindering the development of these enterprises.There-fore,how to address the existing problems in salary management of SMEs in Inner Mongolia and improve their management levels is a critical issue that enterprises must highly prioritize.This paper analyzes the current status and problems of salary management in SMEs in Inner Mongolia and proposes corresponding solutions,hoping to help optimize salary management in SMEs and provide them with good development prospects in the future.
