The Impact of Personal Labor Literacy on the Labor Education Literacy of Normal School Students:The Mediating Role of Labor Emotion
The labor education literacy of normal school students is crucial for the quality of labor education in future primary and secondary schools, and it is often related to their personal labor literacy.A survey was conducted with 2,108 questionnaires distributed across more than twenty normal universities in nine provinces, including Hunan,Jilin,Shaanxi, and Fujian.Utilizing descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and structural equation modeling, this study ex-amines the impact of personal labor literacy on the labor education literacy of normal school students and the mediating role of labor emotion. The results indicate that there are differences in labor education literacy among different types of normal school students;liberal arts students have higher labor education literacy than music, sports, and art students, and science and engi-neering students.Additionally, female students have higher labor education literacy than male students.Therefore,differentiat-ed training for normal school students is necessary, with a focus on developing their personal labor habits and enhancing their labor education literacy through improved labor emotion.
