摘要

丰镇月饼是内蒙古乌兰察布地区饮食文化产业的一个特色文化品牌.丰镇月饼文化品牌以内蒙古省级非遗丰镇月饼制作技艺为文化核心,以地区历史、民间文化为基础,已经发展成为地方特色文化品牌.在地方政府的大力扶持和引导下,丰镇月饼已经成为丰镇特色经济产业,助力乡村振兴,引领县域经济发展.同时,丰镇月饼文化的保护和传承也为内蒙古文化强区建设贡献了丰镇力量.

Abstract

Fengzhen Mooncakes are a distinctive cultural brand within the culinary industry of Ulanqab,Inner Mongolia.Centered on the provincial intangible cultural heritage of Fengzhen Mooncake making techniques and rooted in regional history and folk cul-ture,the Fengzhen Mooncake brand has evolved into a unique local cultural emblem.With robust support and guidance from local governments,Fengzhen Mooncakes have become a hallmark of Fengzhen's specialty economy,contributing to rural revitalization and driving county-level economic growth.Additionally,the preservation and transmission of Fengzhen Mooncake culture have sig-nificantly bolstered Inner Mongolia's development as a culturally strong region.
