Classroom Teaching and Education Reform Driven by the OBE Concept in Teacher Training Programs:A Case Study of Jining Normal University
The Outcomes-Based Education(OBE)concept,which emphasizes results-oriented educational philosophy,has gar-nered increasing attention from educators since its inception.This approach focuses on the ultimate outcomes students achieve through the educational process and how these outcomes address societal and individual needs.The OBE concept has profoundly influenced traditional teaching models,reshaping perceptions and evaluation methods in education while driving continuous class-room teaching reform.Taking Jining Normal University as a case study,this paper explores the impact of the OBE concept on class-room teaching in teacher training institutions.
