Muhimodal discourse analysis has become a focus in linguistic research and many experts of domestic and oversea are doing research in this area through recent few decades. Based on Visual Grammar written by Kress？ ＆？ Van7 Leeuwen, this paper analyzes the textbook discourse from the aspects of image, composition, color and typography in hope of improving the muhiliteraeies of teachers and students.
