The types,Formation Logic and Governance Strategies of Risks in Modern Society
Modern society is called Risk Society,which is reflected in the diversification of risk types on the one hand,and is reflected in the transformation and diffusion between risk types on the other hand.The shaping of risk follows two paths:the expansion of types and the transition from the real to the virtual.The shaping process shows three forms of risk grafting and overlapping:type transformation,diffusion and amplification,and coexistence of the real and the virtual.Following the paths and forms of risk formation,risk governance in modern societies should be on three aspects:systematic dealing with it,using technological means and based on different scenarios.A systematic understanding of the types formation logic of risks in modern society contributes to the implementation of the instructions of the 20th CPC National Congress on national security and major risk prevention.
