Comparison of the effectiveness of different ways in claiming disposable supplies for Da Vinci surgical robot
Objective:To compare the time used and accuracy rate of claiming Da Vinci surgical robot disposable consumables with three different ways,and to provide ideas and methods for the management of high-value consumables in the operating room.Methods:30 operating room nurses were divided into 3 groups using the random number table method to claim Da Vinci Surgical Robot disposable consumables with 3 different ways:telephone claim(Group A),paper sheet claim(Group B),and QR code claim(Group C).The time used and the accuracy rate of the 3 ways were compared.Results:The time used in the group C was significantly shorter than that of group A and B.The accuracy rate of the group A was significantly lower than that of group B and C.The claiming score of the group C was significantly higher than that of group A and B.Conclusion:Using QR code to claim disposable supplies for Da Vinci surgical robot can significantly shorten the claiming time and improve the accuracy rate.
